Six simple steps to fundraise!

We have tried to make the project as easy to run as possible - see the 6 x simple steps below

Children create a picture

IQ Provide a design sheet for every child, they create their picture in class - bright,& colourful pictures work best. Use Paint or coloured pens & pencils.

Designs are sent home with info leaflet supplied by IQ

Parents place orders

Parents fill in order form and return with payment to school by specified date.

All payment info is on the forms and school can take payments by cash / cheque / school online payment system.

You collect payments


The organiser checks all forms and ensure correct payments have been made by each parent. 

All money is banked by the organiser.

IQ collects forms


Once all forms have been received at school contact IQ and we will arrange for a courier to come and collect all the order forms

IQ Scan & print orders

IQ Check each form, scan the picture and print the orders for each child.

IQ deliver orders


IQ deliver all orders in year order (each child's order is individually wrapped for easy distribution). An invoice will be issued after the final orders have been delivered.

We have something for everyone!

The project may be run in the Autumn term but does not need to be Christmas focussed everyone can still participate. The pictures can be anything the children would like to have printed and with a choice of 9 x different greetings (or left blank!) for the cards all products can be used for any occasion.
