Register online
Register your school to take part in the project and IQ Cards will be in contact to confirm your place. You will be sent a full design pack including a design form for every child, project guide and a teachers design guide.

Project Pack with step-by-step guide
A full project pack is delivered to school including a design sheet for every child (plus plenty of spares!). The project guide provides you with step by step instructions to complete the project, read this before you start so you can ensure staff understand the process and designs are completed correctly.
Create the designs in class and send back to IQ
It has been proven that you get a better uptake if designs are completed in a classroom environment, incorporate it into your art curriculum or do as an after-school activity with the PTA.
Remember the better the designs the more likely parents are to order!
Ensure the child’s name & class has been filled in on the reverse of the design.
Collect all designs together and sort into year and class order.
It is your responsibility to send all the designs back to IQ using the box and return label provided - use courier or Royal Mail tracked service. Please remove any plastic wallets or staples.
IQ scan all images
When IQ receive all the designs, they are first checked by hand and then scanned. The images are captured and linked to the unique code on the form - we use the ‘ticked box’ on the form to choose the correct orientation.
IQ create order forms with unique codes
IQ scan all artwork and create an A5 order form for each child showing their design and unique code, these are sent to the school. Once these have been received, ensure they are distributed to parents.
If you need spares for separated parents, grandparents etc. these can be downloaded and printed from the admin portal or simply photocopied.
Parents order & pay online
The order forms have a link to the online ordering site, here parents simply enter the unique code on their form and proceed to order and pay for their child's products. It is at this stage the parent enters their child's name exactly as they would like it printed on the final products.
IQ prints, packs & delivers all orders
Once the online shop closes, IQ will then print every item ordered, pupils orders are packed and boxed in year and class order. Orders are delivered to school by courier, a list is available on the admin portal so you can print and check off the delivery - ensure that all boxes are accounted for.
Funding Payment
Check that bank details are filled in on the admin portal and all funding payments will be paid directly into your bank account in the January following the end of the project.

Pricing can be found on the website - the amount of funding varies and there are some great Early Bird Offers ?" the earlier IQ receive the designs the better the funding.
How do I set up the admin portal?
Your admin portal log in is linked to the email address you signed up with - just enter your email address and password Alternatively if you are new to the portal just register an account - this is very quick and easy to do.
