How do we get started?

Simply register your school on our website and we will send out a design pack with a design sheet for every child and a step-by-step guide to getting set up the admin portal.

Does the Project cost the school any money to complete?

The design pack and all deliveries are free of charge, the only cost to the school is to post back the final designs.

How do I set up the admin portal?

Your admin portal log in is linked to the email address you signed up with - just enter your email address and password. Alternatively if you are new to the portal just register an account  - this is very quick and easy to do.

What is best way to create the designs?

Each child is provided with an A4 sheet, one side is blank.  Designs are to be created on this blank side following the design guidelines printed on the reverse. Do not PHOTOCOPY these forms, each one has a unique code for ordering.  Bright and bold colours come out best - paint or felt tips - fill the page!

Can drawings be done on a separate piece of paper?

Yes - but please then glue the piece of paper securely to one of the IQ Design sheets or paperclip it - do not staple

We need more design sheets, can we photocopy them?

No, don’t photocopy them as they each have a unique code on them for the online shop -  just email:  [email protected] and we can post some out to you next day

How do we send the artwork back?

This is the responsibility of the school and we would advise sending it back via a Royal Mail tracked service or Courier - IQ Cards, Unit 2 Brook Trading Estate, Deadbrook Lane, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU12 4XB.

Can I send late artwork after agreed submission date?

If just a couple of days later then let us know and pop them in the post to us and we can add them in with the rest of the designs & order forms will be created, if much later send them in and a unique code / order form will be emailed.  

We are missing some order forms

The order forms are all on the admin portal and can be downloaded from there, alternatively just email IQ [email protected] with child’s name and class and we can email a copy over.

How much funding will my school get?

Pricing can be found on the website - the amount of funding varies and there are some great Early Bird Offers. The earlier IQ receive the designs the better the funding.

Can parents order more products?

They simply log back on to the online shop and can place another order. If the school shop is still open the order will be delivered back to school otherwise if it is a late order a postage charge will apply and the additional order will be delivered directly to their home address.

Can we extend our online ordering date?

Yes,  it can be extended as long as IQ are informed before the closing date so orders have not been printed, be aware that changing the online ordering date may impact the funding you receive and the date the orders are delivered to school.

What if parent misses the shop order deadline?

They can still place an order via the online shop - but the school does not receive funding for this order and the parent will pay a postage charge for the order to be delivered directly to their home rather than in bulk to the school.

Child’s name is spelt incorrectly on the order form

The name showing on the order form is for distribution purposes only -   is not pre-filled on the ordering site. When parents log-in to place their order online they enter their child’s name exactly as they would like it printed. They will not be able to place an order without entering the name. 

Can other family members or friends place an order?

Yes, anyone can place an order; they just need the unique codes from the order form to bring up the correct image on the ordering site

How can split families place orders?

Multiple orders can be placed for each child's design - copies of the order form can be printed or they just need the codes to place an order. Each of these orders will be separately packed.

Child’s name is spelt incorrectly on products

The name  is not pre-filled on the ordering site. When parents log-in to place their order online they enter their child’s name. They will not be able to place an order without entering the name. We cannot reprint any name errors as these are not entered by IQ.

When will the funding be paid & how is it paid?

Funding is paid in the January following the project - it is paid into your nominated bank account; the bank details need to be entered on your admin portal

Are there any minimum orders?

There are no minimum amounts of orders for schools but there is a minimum order of £5 per child, due to the cost of scanning / printing / packing each individual order
